- Hourly expert fee for regular case review: $ 300.00, calculated in 5-minute intervals

- Hourly expert fee for all other regular expert services: $ 300.00 (5-minute intervals)

- Expert fee per day in court: $ 4,500.00 - 5,000.00 *

- Fixed expert fee per day for depositions: $ 2,250.00 *

- Contingency fee for medical case management may be negotiated in special cases (consultation only)

Advance payment is requested (amount depending on the type of service); for details please see "proceed" (left bar) and agreement form.

*Cancellation policy for trial testimony and depositions: in case of cancellation of a trial testimony or deposition less than 1 month prior to its scheduled date, 50% of the expert fee will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date, 75% of the expert fee will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 5 working days prior to the scheduled date, the full expert fee will be charged.
