Medical consultation for diagnostic and therapeutic concepts

You require a medical expert consultation for evaluation of a health problem of a relative. At this time, you want to make sure:
* which diagnosis is indicated by the symptoms
* which treatment plan would be the best among possibly existing alternatives (operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, other medication, physiotherapy)
* which type of healthcare is the optimal for a chronic disease or other situation  after previous treatment step(s)

You are welcome to contact us via e-mail, phone or fax with your preliminary questions.

However, we recommend to start the contact by giving us some written information, free of charge: by filling in the registration form. This enables us to perform, free of charge, a preliminary analysis and recommendation with respect to the next step.

Depending on the individual situation and the possibilities, we would then recommend to come and see us at Neuroexpert, and propose a date for this visit. The consultation along with a written consultative report would be delivered immediately thereafter.

If possible and preferred by you, we would also ask you to send all available and relevant medical documents, case history, reports and radiographs as well as other images.

Following arrival of medical documents, as a rule, you receive from us the
Consultative medical expert report within one week,
along with answers to your questions, as indicated by you in the registration form. We would advise you in advance of any delay.

Please explicitly advise us, if you consider your problem especially urgent and request the report within a shorter time.

Obviously, any activity and exchange of information in the context of your request is subject to medical confidentiality and professional discretion. Accordingly, all material you send to us are handled according to the regulations of medical confidentiality and data protection.
