> Case review: the initial analysis of complete medical records

Regular case review

A brief report of usually 2-3 pages (and/or declaration, Affidavit of Merit etc) is sent to you within 10-14 days after arrival of records in our office. This report indicates whether or not we see a deviation from the standard of medical care along with an outline of the major arguments. In order to guarantee full inter-disciplinary service, NEUROEXPERT's medical specialists perform regular in-house conferences for discussion of the details of your case (e.g. neurosurgeon, neurologist and neuroradiologist).

In order to allow unbiased, definitive judgement of events, all available medical records should be sent in including radiographs - omission of important material may delay our initial analysis and judgement.

Urgent case review

For urgent situations, case reviews can be performed on short notice on a 7/24 basis: a brief report (and/or declaration, Affidavit of Merit etc) will be accomplished and sent within 3-5 days after arrival of documents in the hands of the expert.
