In special cases, complete medical case management on a contingency basis may be negotiated. This service comprises all the expert work described in the other sections (except for expert witness in some countries, i.e.

- case review

- detailed expert written report

- Consulting expert for trial preparation

- Medical expert for in-trial consultation

- Selection of appropriate expert witness for trial testimony ( the law in some states will not allow our own experts to take this part in case of contingency).
